New Year’s Survey!

Thanks for sending this one, Suz!

Will - please fill this out – your survey answers are HILARIOUS.

1. What did you do in 2007 that you’d never done before?

Rode down the Grand Canyon on a mule.

2. Did you keep your New Year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?

My 2007 New Year’s resolution was to get more involved with Yoga.  Which I did until August (8 out of 12 months ain’t bad)!  This year my resolutions are to be a better wife, daughter, sister and friend and to eat more veggies.

I probably should also add “return things I borrow more promptly” to the resolution list.  I just returned a book to Lauren that I borrowed in 2004.  It’s 2008!  Wow.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?

Not in ’07.  Someone please have a baby so I can shop more at Two Blue Peas.  Thanks.

4. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?

Peace. Unagi.

5. What dates from 2007 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?

This question is worded very dramatically and it kind of annoys me.  Anyway … My four year anniversary, the day I rode down the Grand Canyon on a mule (that is coming up a lot!), hiking with Ryan in Sedona, Hollis coming home, and Mercedes’ death (sad one)

6. What was your biggest achievement of the year?

Wait for it … Riding a mule down the Grand Canyon.

7. What was your biggest failure?

Not visiting my family for Thanksgiving.

8. What was the best thing you bought?

Dare I say Hollis?  He’s acting like a devil-toddler right now, so my confidence in the investment is often challenged …

9. Whose behavior merited celebration?

Ryan’s of course!

10. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?

Politicians.

11. Where did most of your money go?

Billz, my grillz and my wheelz.

12. What did you get really, really, really excited about?

Getting a puppy!

13. Compared to this time last year, are you: a) happier or sadder? b) thinner or fatter? c) richer or poorer?

This question is so polarizing!  Everything in moderation, geez.  Anyway …

a) happier (yay)

b) thinner (thanks to running and my recent stomach virus)

c) richer (rich in love as well)
