Even though my good friend Emilie worked on robotics throughout her graduate work at Rice, and she has this blog about robots, I am still afraid of them.
The Israeli army is developing a robot snake that can be controlled by laptop to slither to its enemy. The laptop operator can choose when to detonate the bomb strapped to the snake’s back.
